SHIPPING POLICY

For UK customers: Currently we have checkout for our UK customers turned off until we figure out the new Brexit VAT situation. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you'd like to place an order, please contact us at habanzacustomerservice@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.We are still waiting on a VAT ID approval and will update once it comes through.

If you need your order by a specific date, we highly encourage you choose at least USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express shipping, or FedEx (by emailing us), as the post service has been struggling with delays. Please note choice of shipping service does not shorten custom production or RTW processing time, only ship times. 

COVID-19 Update:  All orders will be processed normal, but there may be delays in processing time, production time, and/or shipping delivery time.We appreciate your understanding!

Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping delays. Please be prepared for shipping delays during this time. Many flights are being cancelled or rerouted throughout the globe, making package transport difficult and causing delays. *If you have an International Priority package that is delayed 3 weeks or longer, please contact us as soon as possible. 

 

All orders will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested and approved. Domestic orders (U.S.A.) with a subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free shipping!

Processing time of 2-3 business days before shipping unless otherwise noted. Sales may increase processing time. **Shipping delays may occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For Domestic orders, allow an extra day or more for shipping times. For International orders, allow an extra week or more. This will extend even more during the holidays, please plan accordingly.

   

 Please note USPS Priority Express shipping does not shorten Custom Production time, only shipping time. Selecting this will not "Rush" your order. For all rush requests, please email us to see if we can accommodate your need by date for an extra fee, prior to placing an order. Priority Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days before delivery, but this may extend to 3 business days during the holiday season. If placing an order exceeding $400 that needs to be shipped via Priority Express, please contact us prior to ordering for approval and a quote.

If you have a "need by" date, please include this in your customer comments during checkout. We will contact you if there are any issues.


If your address has changed after you placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible.Once your items have been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping destination. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service to track down their package. 

Habanza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.If your package is returned to us, you will be notified and recharged the shipping cost. 

*International customers are responsible for all taxes and tariff fees involved with shipping overseas. Please contact your local Customs Office to locate lost packages. Priority Shipping (recommended) will provide more tracking information for our international customers, as well as a faster ship time, but does not change production time. Habanza Dancewear is not responsible to remake any international orders shipped with First Class. Please note if International First Class is selected, packages may take 2-8 weeks (or longer) to arrive, and tracking information will likely not update once the package has left the US until it reaches its destination. We strongly encourage using USPS Priority or emailing us to upgrade to FedEx international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Habanza Dancewear Ready To Wear Items may be returned within 14 days from when the item was delivered. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All dance wear must be in its original packaging with sanitary liner sticker and tags attached. Dancewear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Items that have been worn, washed, or smell fragrant cannot be returned. Items that don't pass inspection will be sent back at the purchaser's expense. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after items are received back in store and will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds should appear within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank. Store Credit can be requested instead of a Refund.

Habanza Ready To Wear is limited stock and we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange an item of the same design in a different size. 

Returns due to defect need to be made within 14 days from when the item was delivered. All dance wear must be in its original packaging with tags attached. An exchange or repair will be issued for that item, but no refund. Dancewear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.To process the return of a custom item, email us at habanzacustumerservice@gmail.com Please do not send back dance wear until a return is approved by customer service.
